I will arive with a lafuma chair (upmarket sun lounger), we will fill in a consultation form on first visit (which takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes) then I will conduct the therapy lasting 35 to 50 min. Reflexology Lymph Drainage
RLD starts with the consultation and measuring the cylindrical volume of your arms or legs whichever is affected by lymphoedema. Then the treatment. followed by remeasuring the affected limbs. The measurements are optional but they allow me to show how much fluid has moved from the affected area. It is not unusal to need to urinate after treatment,
